I have a new never installed tilt-over fixture for the TRI-EX W51 or WT51 crank up tower. This was built about 1-year ago by Tashjian Towers, who supports some of the former Tri-Ex products. This fixture comes with the 11-foot tall base section which surrounds your existing tower and bolts to your existing tower base plate. It has a heavy duty hand crank winch, cables, mounting bolts, sheaves and two 3/8" thick steel pivot ears which get welded to your tower if it doesn't already have them. This raising fixture should work with many other towers but you will need to verify maximum lifting weight and dimensions first. I paid $950 for this fixture, unfortunately, my tower base was poured 180-degrees in the wrong direction for tilt up, so I cannot use it. Happy to email you additional pictures.
